TECHNOLOGY INCUBATION:

An intermediary start-up offering a platform for selling kilos (luggage) to air travellers, the client wanted to build a team of skilled developers around the innovative project to take over development and deliver quality code without creating technical debt.

Initial audit of the development and launch of the mobile application and its service, focusing on the following points Design, technical choices, automated testing, support, build/delivery pipelines, observability, management of the platform in production (MCO), service status (downtime), internationalisation.

Creation and delivery of a functional and technical specification detailing all the points raised during the audit, as well as the choice of technical tools and external services to be grafted onto the platform. Provide support to the entire Group IT department to incubate and accelerate the development and successful launch of the project.
