SOLUTION PATTERNS

Solution Patterns

These patterns describe what ESSINGAN is designed to deliver for a profile. They are not client references.

Proposed architectures, not yet delivered references.

  • From Data Center to Sovereign Cloud Operator

    • Proposed architecture — not yet a delivered reference
    • T1 · Platform engineering
    • T2 · Sovereignty

    Profile & sector

    National operator owning an under-used data centre (postal, telecom or public operator).

    Core challenge

    The hardware exists, but there is no software layer to sell it as a cloud: no self-service, no billing, no sovereignty proof.

    Architectural approach

    • an ESSINGAN Spoke installed on the existing hypervisors through Lithos plugins;
    • landing zones, managed Kubernetes, identity, usage billing and a client portal;
    • the operator acquires its platform once (Wholesale) and keeps 100 % of its raw infrastructure revenue plus 70 % of the software value added;
    • revenue grows as its own certified teams take over delivery.

    Quantified impact

    (target, per business model) recurring cloud revenue on existing hardware, with a payback measured in months, not years.

  • Government Platform — From Sovereign Data Centers to Operational Sovereignty

    • Proposed architecture — not yet a delivered reference
    • T1 · Platform engineering
    • T2 · Sovereignty
    • T3 · Confidential computing / PQC

    Profile & sector

    State that has already built government data centres.

    Core challenge

    Ministries cannot yet consume that capacity as services, and the State needs national engineers able to run it alone.

    Architectural approach

    • one Spoke per pilot ministry and a factory for environments;
    • a repatriation factory and a government software factory;
    • enclave protection for identity and public-finance data;
    • a national excellence track (SPITZCRAFT) with a contractual autonomy KPI;
    • a federable reference architecture for neighbouring States.

    Quantified impact

    (target) environments in hours instead of weeks; a measured share of operations run by national teams.

  • Impact-Fintech Platform With Provable Traceability

    • Proposed architecture — not yet a delivered reference
    • T1 · Platform engineering
    • T2 · Sovereignty
    • T3 · Confidential computing / PQC

    Profile & sector

    Start-up building transaction-linked contributions for the general interest.

    Core challenge

    Merchants, citizens and institutions must be able to verify that each contribution followed the announced path, without exposing merchants’ sales data. Money must never transit through the platform.

    Architectural approach

    • the start-up’s own substrate on a European host;
    • three identity audiences;
    • a signed, tamper-evident contribution ledger;
    • confidential processing of merchant data (aggregates only);
    • post-quantum signatures for long-lived evidence;
    • money moved only by a licensed payment institution.

    Quantified impact

    (target) independent verification of every contribution path by an auditor.

  • Software Publisher “Powered by ESSINGAN”

    • Proposed architecture — not yet a delivered reference
    • T1 · Platform engineering
    • T2 · Sovereignty

    Profile & sector

    Regional publisher of document-management and electronic-archiving software.

    Core challenge

    Its applications are sovereign by intent but run on whatever servers the client has, with no industrialised platform and no proof. Its archives must remain legally valid for decades.

    Architectural approach

    • the publisher’s SaaS on its own ESSINGAN substrate;
    • client substrates sold with the application;
    • post-quantum sealing of archival evidence;
    • joint “sovereign office” offers with ESSINGAN Workspace.

    Quantified impact

    (target) client deployments in hours; measurable sovereignty per client.

  • Idle-to-Inference — Your Idle Nodes Are Your AI Cluster

    • Proposed architecture — not yet a delivered reference
    • T1 · Platform engineering
    • T3 · Confidential computing / PQC

    Profile & sector

    Any fleet that scales down off-hours (enterprise, operator or State).

    Core challenge

    Capacity freed at night and weekends (about 64 % of the week) is lost, while AI inference needs compute.

    Architectural approach

    AMADIRO harvests idle capacity and places on-demand or deferred inference jobs on it, according to data classification (sensitive data in TIFAE enclaves only), open local models and energy windows. Business workloads always pre-empt. Every run is attested in the Sigil chain.

    Quantified impact

    (target) inference capacity with no new hardware; every inference run auditable.

When infrastructure control becomes material

Start with the infrastructure decision, not a platform demo.

If control, reversibility, compliance evidence, provisioning, production infrastructure or platform operations has become a material issue, start with a focused scoping conversation.

Request diagnostic scoping

20-30 minutes to establish the problem, context and appropriate next step. No obligation to proceed to proposal.
