Context:

Context of an international dating application hosted on-premise  by Jaguar Network provider since more than 5 years. The client wishes to migrate the infrastructure and the entire application to AWS in order to address the issues of scalability and GSLB (Global Server Load Balancing).

Problem solver approach:

  • Technical audit of the existing architecture with a view to transposition to managed services

  • Design of a target distributed architecture hosted on AWS and a migration flowchart in line with the CAF (Cloud Adoption Framework)

  • Deploying AWS Infrastructure Code with Terraform

  • Collaboration with the development teams on the redesign and integration of the code on the new infrastructure, following the new rules and practices

  • Documentation and audit report of the client's Information System highlighting strengths and weaknesses, and reporting the inventory, as well as areas for improvement and priorities

Result:

Migration validated by the customer, delivery of the platform accompanied by a cloud infrastructure conducive to outsourcing controlled by the client and its technical partners
